As we come to the end of Term I, we bid farewell t

As we come to the end of Term I, we bid farewell to a truly special member of our staff and the King Edward Community.

Mr Gradidge joined King Edward VII Preparatory School in 2016. During his time here, he served with distinction as a Grade Head, First Team Rugby and Water Polo coach, and became the youngest member of staff to join the Senior Management Team. In his role on the SMT, he led discipline and pastoral care with dedication, playing a pivotal role in the well-being and development of our boys.

Over the past decade, Mr Gradidge has continued to grow both personally and professionally, achieving his Honours and Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management, and most recently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, cum laude.

Mr Gradidge now embarks on an exciting new chapter as he takes up a project management position in the corporate world.

While we wish him every success in this new journey, we know this is not a final goodbye, but rather a “see you soon,” as we look forward to welcoming his son to our school in the near future.

Forever a son of this place.

Today, our Outreach Boys put their values into action at Happy Yappers Sanctuary. By volunteering their time to care for and spoil the rescues, they learned first hand the importance of empathy and animal welfare. We are so proud of the kindness and maturity these boys showed,bringing a little extra happiness to some very deserving pups!

Baby Bears Swimming

The walk across the beautiful fields is almost as exciting as swimming at the aquatic center! Our little ones have grown so much in confidence and skill this season — we are incredibly proud of each of them.

A big thank you to Frogs and Tadpoles Swimming School for another great swimming season. From splash-filled lessons in the pool to lessons in the classroom on a rainy day, you made every moment count!
